The annual Home and Hearth Christmas Bazaar is located at the Russel Acton Folk Center 212 Jefferson Street in Berea, Ky.

The Christmas atmosphere is filled with thirty five vendors offering quality handmade crafts. The kitchen is open for the event serving two delicious meals and tasty snacks.

This event is highly advertised through the city of Berea tourism center, calendar of events, tour buses, the Artisan Center, and local media.

This event is scheduled each year for the second weekend in November. The date for the 2020 Christmas Bazaar is November 14. It will only be one day this year!

Christmas Bazaar Agreement Form

Please read the terms set forth in the agreement form prior to completing the application.

1. No yard sale or flea market items.

2. All booths are to be made attractive.

3. You are responsible for the clean up of your booth before you leave.

4. Set up time is before 7:30-8:45am on Saturday morning. Booths should be completely set up by 8:45am.

5. NO BOOTH will be pulled down either wholly or partially before 5pm Saturday.

Pulling down early gives the impression to visitors that the bazaar is closing and directly affects the sales of other vendors. If someone decides to pull down early, their name will be placed on a "banned list" for surrounding vendor events, such as the Spoonbread Festival. We also reserve the right, to withhold your deposit. By signing the agreement, you are committing yourself for the entire event until closing at 5pm. No exceptions.

6. Agreement form and booth rental should be received by us no later than October 15 to reserve your booth space. After this date, they are first come, first serve. We can not reserve a space without an agreement form and payment.

7. Home and Hearth Christmas Bazaar, Russel Acton Folk Center, or the City of Berea are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Security is furnished by the city of Berea.

8. Only booths along the walls will have access to electricity due to the agreement form signed with the folk center stating there is to be absolutely no tape of any kind place on the floors.

9. NO FOOD items of any kind will be sold in my booth.

10. Each booth is approximately and 8X8 space and is $40 for the one day.

11. One 6 foot table and 2 chairs per booth are furnished.

12. NO SCENTS of any kind will be burned, warmed or emitted in any way into the air at the event.
